Welcome to Staylo. These terms govern your use of our platform. By accessing Staylo, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Staylo is a SaaS platform that helps property owners create smart guest guides. It enables you to generate unique guest links containing property information—such as WiFi details, check-in instructions, house rules, and local recommendations—along with an AI-powered chatbot that answers guest questions automatically. The platform supports multiple languages to serve international guests.
You may use Staylo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to: (a) use the platform to transmit harmful, defamatory, or illegal content; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform; (c) interfere with the proper functioning of Staylo; or (d) reverse engineer any part of our service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to promptly update any changes. You are responsible for all content you create and share through Staylo, including property information and guest communications.
Staylo allows you to generate unique links to share with your guests. These links provide read-only access to property information and the AI chatbot. You control who receives these links and are responsible for managing their distribution. Guest links may expire based on your settings, at which point access will no longer be available.
Staylo's AI chatbot is designed to answer questions based on your property information. However, AI responses may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation. You should not rely solely on the chatbot for critical information. For important matters, guests should contact you directly. You remain responsible for the accuracy of property information you provide to the platform.
Staylo operates on a subscription basis. Your payment method will be charged according to your selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Unused credits and features do not carry over to future billing periods.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Staylo and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through your settings. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or engage in unlawful activity. Upon termination, your access to Staylo ends immediately. Your data may be retained for backup and legal compliance purposes.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of Staylo after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically for updates.
